How does one "download/install" an NS2 mod? Nothing posted anywhere... do we "subsribe" to it? Do we have to find the homepage and whatever hte latest version of it is? Please, whomever was put in charge of this, post a link or a .info file or something!

Yes, subscribe it, and no don't worry, the game always checks at launch for new updates you subscribed.

hmmm, I sub'd to a bunch of them, restarted and played different dervers . Nothing looked diferent. So when you see a mod you like, you hit the "+" button to subscribe to it, which installs it? And if so, then is there anythign else I have to do, to get it to work, or it should work on any/all servers at that point, which allow it? None of the maps show up on server lists, and the graphics changes do not show up. :/

Yes, you have to subscribe to them in the Workshop, and in-game enable them in the Mods menu with a click.

I dont even know if you guys read the comments but when i start NS2, i open up the options nothing shows, same with addons, server list, once i get into something i cant get out i have to go to the console to exit out, and with the optomize button, i cant touch it ican touch the skip button, please if anything tell me why this is happening!??!?!?
