Model is fullbright
I don't know how to best describe this, other then it looks like someone is shining a very bright light on the model. I checked the textures and normal maps, everything looks fine. Even using Blinn.

If you are using 3ds Max then check that your diffuse textures alpha source is set to none.

Hello Truelz, can you post a screenshot of the Diffuse, Normal and Normal's alpha of any object you made? I still can't fix some gloss problems :(
