First, go to C:\Users\{USERNAME}\Documents\Gaslamp Games\Dungeons of Dredmor\steam_workshop\subscribed
You'll find a lot of ".dat" files, these are the mods you are subscribed through workshop. Each file is a mod.
Take them all, and copy/paste them to:
C:\Users\{USERNAME}\Documents\Gaslamp Games\Dungeons of Dredmor\Mods
(you need to create this folder ! it doesn't exist natively)
Than, they'll appear as offline mods, so don't need to be online to use them. Just need to go to "mods" when you're on the launcher, and choose which one you want to activate.
