Junkyard vehicles shouldn't be completely totaled (at least most of them shouldn't). Usually, cars in a junkyard are just destroyed in one spot. Like a front end collision, or an engine that has blown up, but everything else on the car is fine or at least medium condition depending on the age.

Plus, junkyard cars should be missing random items, from where other scavengers have come through and picked parts off of it to fix their own car.

This would make junkyards a lot more realistic, instead of just having completely totaled cars and a few completely fine cars. I usually play with vanilla cars replaced by K15 cars, though.
