Resident Evil 6

Is the workshop stuff only for L4D2?
I so want to create content for RE6 but the blog post about the cross over only details information about making stuff for L4D2. Please allow us to make content for RE6 too. This is what a RE game so desparetly needs.

They already confirmed there will be no Workshop support, it was a mistake and as you can see the Workshop tab has been removed.

re6 do not need a workshop. only for a superHD tex. maybe)))
RE6 would be amazing with some model importing and proper texturing tools. I want to make high-res textures.

RE6 uses Capcom's MT Framework engine, which is proprietary, meaning the source code isn't publicly available. That means any mod made for an MT Framework game requires reverse engineering the game's code, which technically makes such mods illegal as per copyright laws. That's why, unless Capcom decides to licence their engine like Valve and Epic Games did (and I really don't see them doing that any time soon), Steam workshop compatibility for RE6 is a complete impossibility.

IMHO... i would like to see some new weapons.
Yeah i know its realy enogh to finish all enemys but it would be realy fun to run like crazy with minigun like in RE5 )
Or maybe even better some kind of Composite bow for Agent and Leon or everyone )))

Will most likely be like Resi 4 where Capcom did not support the modders but they found a way if you guys dont already know theres a Resident Evil modding forum where you can get some model swaps etc.
