[Request] Bandit faction that is allied and travels with skimmers

Tried to do it myself but just couldnt get them to spawn. Want them to spawn in the skim sands, I was using blood raiders as a base but couldnt figure out why they wouldnt spawn.

Which biome/spawn are did you put their roaming squad i?

I put them in skimsands as a homeless spawn. Did character, squad, faction, and then biome but could never get them to spawn

Did you give them 100% chance to spawn? You should put more than 100.

Did not see anything about spawn chance. Was just copying any numbers from the blood bandits and then clicking show references, making something for whatever that reference was and then linking them all together, repeat until no more references.
Edit: See the biome has a number at 1 so I'll change it and see if that helps, probably what the problem was
Edit edit: Alright that seems to of did it, they spawned and did not attack each other, hurrah
