I got new idea for a enginner melee weapon for tf2 if it gets a major update and i will be doing the stats idea.

pros: 35% dammage bonus, 50% max speed on wearere, 30% faster fireing speed, 255 max health.
cons, 80% deployment speed penalty, no random crits, and cannot upgrade his buildings.

and weapon is called the Texan Punch
