Any buildings that need more than 4x4 tiles must be imported as "unique building".
Then to make the building act as residential ingame, you need the mod Ploppable RICO.
Can I get more details? Rico does not load in the editor. How do I set up and save the object after?
Then enable Ploppable RICO in the content manager, restart the game and launch a map or savegame.
Now you will see a new icon

Click it, then "settings"

Here search for your building

Now your building will act as Residential

This is understandable. Will the file with the object itself be already with the rico settings that I created when exporting to steam?
I saw that some of them have rico settings in the folder with the crp file. Are they automatically created there?
Here a guide to learn more about RICO and to publish on the workshop
