Issue sending trade caravans where it says "you have no colonists capable of diplomacy"
It doesn't let me trade with settlements and instead defaults to attacking them. idk what mod is causing this and was wondering if there were any infamous ones that break this functionality

This might be a dumb question but the pawns on the caravan, are they incapable of social.

And the pawns that can socialize dont have any major injuries like their tongue was cut out, that might prevent them from talking?

Do you have any mods that affect socal, factions or talking in any way?
One about needing to learn someones language or one where you need good rep with a faction before you can trade with them?
Maybe an ideology meme what makes your people mute or take a vow of silence?
