Faction garrison mod?

In TWWH2 there was a great mod, which is provides unique garrison for each faction, based on units with faction lord specialization(like the Sisters of Avelorn for Alarielle or the Ratlings for Ikit). Moreover, this mod kept the garrison cost equal to vanilla, meaning it didn't break the balance.
Is there a similar mod in TWWH3?

According to the description, this mod changes garrison units with the same variant to the entire race(like vanilla game do). I'm looking for a mod that gives each faction within a race its own garrison.
And I even found such a mod, but it does a lot more (auto-leveling garrisons, all buildings add units to the garrison, etc.) that I don’t need.
