So I am playing on DEI and was wondering is there a mod that allows me to subjugate a conquered city, even if it's not the last settlement that the enemy nation posseses. That would really help control the empire level debuffs and still be powerfull. For example like with the liberation option, a new nation appears but instead of being in a military alliance with me it would be my subject.
