Some Subscribed Mods aren't Installing
Hi. I recently wanted to play DST after a long absence and had trouble connecting my partner to my server. It told him owner (me) of the server needed to update their installed mods. I restarted the game, restarted steam, etc. and made sure to check that all my mods were "updated" - and they were, but to no avail could my partner join my game. I went on a hunt for a solution and it seemed like manually deleting mod files from my system could help; well, it didn't, and I admit it made things worse... despite resubscribing to the mods, not all of them would appear in my game.
I reverified the integrity of my files, deleted my download cache, etc. and none of this helped. I've tried restoring my deleted mod files and it only appeared as blank mod files in my game with a red exclamation mark. After that I decided to delete them entirely again and try to resubscribe to my mods, and some appeared while the rest remained nonexistent. I checked my game's settings via Steam in the workshop tab and noticed the mods that DID appear in-game had actual data installed to my system, while the rest of the ones supposedly subscribed and downloaded to (that don't appear in-game/are missing) had 0 bytes of data.

Please help, I'm really desperate for a solution and feel dejected about the situation. :( I've never had an issue like this before and prior to all of this (and last time I played) I had no issues with the game itself or my mods that I've been using for years.
