Im having a really weird issue where all the maps ive downloaded... just wont download? Even after subscribing to them, restarting steam, my computer, verifying files integrity, nothing works.

I keep trying to play the custom maps but the game always gives me an error saying "An error occurred while downloading this map!" and when checking portal 2 settings workshop, all the maps sizes are saying "0B" which stands for 0 Bytes.

I checked dev console too and this is what the errors say:
