disappear mod

I used to subscribed a mod named "euro uni". Although it was delete from steam workshop, but I still can use the mod I subscribed before. However, it suddenly disappeared today, did anybody have some clue about it?

Mod was already 3 times deleted, mod creator wrote ~2-3 hours before it's third deletion, that it was paradox staff who deleted it, not steam staff - that was steam reply.

But yeah, usually deleted mods are only 'shadow banned' - hidden. This is fully deleted.

And That's why workshop suck, mod banned/deleted - will be auto deleted from your drive without ANY allow, and if a mod change more than only graphic/small stuff... then boom save permanently broken.
