I've noticed a very discouraging lack of a voice pack mod for the ultimate cowboy voice of our time, despite there being SO MANY voice packs! I unfortunately have zero clue on how to make a mod or I'd do it myself, but I'm hoping someone will see this and agree with me.

PS: another two voicepack ideas, the Kirov airship and MIG fighter from Red Alert 3, to join existing RA3 voices.
