It seems to me something really needed is the ability to set a priority for which jobs will do first.

I just did the level with the haunted castle. Periodically ten ghosts will spawn. It also periodic earthquakes, so there's debris on the ground all the time. I have twice the number of janitors I actually need, but the ghosts still aren't getting caught because my janitors are cleaning the floors. And catching a HUGE number of those ghosts is necessary to get the gold stars. Wouldn't it be great if you could prioritize catching the ghosts?

Another use case is the new doctor who has treatment and psychology. You need a doctor the Pan's Lab but you also need a Psychologist. Now that's a pretty sweet setup because you only need the Pan's Lab once a month, and you need a shrink all the time. But wait! You can't just set him to both because he'll spend all his time in Psychology, and the Pan's Lab will just stay empty. Wouldn't it be great if you could tell him to work in the Lab as long as he's needed there then go to Psychology when he isn't?

If someone were to make this mod, I would sit there and give you awards until all my points are gone.
