Uploading Mod to Workshop
I used to use MMS and that (with the old mod launcher) was how I used to upload mods. I can now not get MMS to work and am looking for an alternative way to upload mods.

A link to an 'idiots guide' or youtube demo would be greatly appreciated.

2. in status click in the blue folder
3.upload

no idea how its work since i'm too lazy to upload mod

extract and replace in your folder
once you launch the game normally the old mod manager would appear and yeah... the old trick still work.

i did test it 10 min ago and its work just fine.
edit: PS. i still no too sure about the new mod that we upload this way would be up to date or not

Re-winding to the earlier game version works. The mod manager will continue to warn that the mod was generated with an earlier version of the game but, the mod will work fine.

The problem is it is a pain having to change back and forth between the patched game for games in progress and the earlier version to upload mods.

I have sent CA a message asking them to either provide instructions for uploading mods using the new mod manager (there is no reason that it doesn't work) or, if it doesn't work, for them to fix it.

I don't expect anything to happen soon, but maybe a month or two we will see something from them.

Finally sorted it. Need to have image as .png file with same name as mod file in the same directory.

Then uploading using new mod manager works fine.
