This one point will certainly be fulfilled
I think a paper products industry chain would be super neato.
Maybe have a Wood > Paper Mill > Paper Products
For example copper ore mine (open or underground, both exists in real world), it produces copper ore and use lot of water for gangue flotation.
Copper smelter process copper ore into copper, use coal. Small amunts of copper can be used for mechanical components (brass bearings etc) but most importantly as input for copper processing plant.
Copper is electrolytically refined (using chemicals, waste byproduct) into copper wires.
Copper wires is used for production of electrical components, but also directly, instead of electrical components, for electrified railways/tram/trolley lines, MV lines, HV lines (also aluminium required) and underground lines (plastic required).
BTW, is industry moddable to such extent?
