the amount of flexibility you could possibly have by making RAND is practacly endless and you could have it be a mechanic were if you want to make a new weapon or give yourself a buff you gotta 1 use your hp 2 your burst or 3 gain blood through attacking or hitting there block but with kiro you could have them be a mix between ranged and a rush down were they could gain energy by fighting using melee but loose that energy by using long range moves or enhancing his other melee moves and they both could have insane mode changes as well
