Modifying units.xml does nothing?
Tried to modify vanilla units but any changes in the file arent applied in game

Maybe you had some mods as well which could create impression of on-the-spot changes?

Well I do have T1 overhaul as well as more cia dudes but I remember modifying troops through game data not workshop data
