No known fix afaik,but the message doesn't mean anything and it doesn't affect the game

If this really is a mod priority, open the mod manager (Modding Tools) in the launcher, and makes sure that the CE files are at the bottom of the list, i.e. the first loaded and the more prioritary. Any mod on top on another one can overwrite the changes of the former.

Your list should look like this at the bottom (if there are 50 mods in the list):
Deactivate FR translations if you don't play in French.

While we are at it, further up in the list, any translation mod should appear above the original mod it translates.

I have same message, but it seems to not do anything, and can be ignored. Actually if I click Yes, I'm gettimg mouse bugged on world map, until next game launch.
