I suppose this question is quite silly but I really got stuck with it, and I could not find the answer neither in this forum nor in the Internet.
When I download, let's say, TFE or TSE, I get the Editor etc. in "bin" folder of the app. When I download Revolution, I get nothing except "exe" for the game itself.
I found the Toolkit as a standalone app in steamdb.info, but when I try to use the respective id (261661) in Steam's app URL, it just kicks me to the home page. So I guess that Toolkit app is not public or should be accessed in some tricky way.
And of course, I tried to re-install the game, validate cache etc.

I would really appreciate if someone helps me to find The Holy Grail the set of tools.
