I have two ideas for hair, but I have no idea how to do hair mods.
First, there should be standard hair bases colored black and/ or white so that they don't glow. Along with those bases, put an orb behind the neck; the orb will handle the color changing that the hair would usually do. So during the songs, it looks like a fairy from the Legend of Zelda Series!
Second, take Tune, The male version of Melody that Emily H made here http://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=267947082, and cover ALL of him in Dynamic hair, so that he looks like a Wookie, and with the dynamic color change, he'll be a living disco ball!!!

Ok first, instead of at the back of the neck, the orb can be placed anywhere that it can. I've tried making it, but it is really difficult, and second, this model, http://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=374645267 with the wookie hair idea would be much better.
