Havoc, when I go to open mine it closes immediately? Is that a normal problem, or is it on my end?

I got it now, when you spawn it select workshop tool

When you launch it, you select workshop tool from the list

Still not following you dude. Select Workshop Tool when you launch "IT" ... what is it? The actual game or the Workshop Program or something else?

Every time I open the Workshop Program from Havoc's comment, it boots the program, then boots the game, then closes the program. I'm able to quickly jump in and close the game so the Workshop Program doesn't close, but whenever i do it completely stops responding. :/

^^This is in fact the solution, but it was poorly explained.

Here's better wording:

If you right click on our Guns of Icarus Online title in your Steam menu and select, 'Launch Workshop Tool'. Launching this does require it being done through your Steam client.
