you could get the GreenhouseM13 Trainer than find the neighbor open the menu then get object info and change his size to 0 than turn on the command Friendsforever it removes his model and makes him not catch you you cant interact with him his hitbox goes away then you can explore the house in every act no worrys

New note
just go into the games files and move all the neighbors files from sosed folder to a backup that is not in the games content it removes the neighbor and the neighbor from every cutscene and its funny very funny there is nothing in act 3 intro when the neighbor boards the door but the hammer is on the floor lol
