Does anybody know how to replicate the Wisdom Shards UI Popup of the item description and effects when hovering over it?
I'm trying to make a mod that adds an exclusive item for Jackal.
I got all the necessary overrides (just res/item) and all the valuebundles all covered (i think) and got my item working in game but cant seem to make the UI pop-up in inheritance/legacy page to work.
I checked the Reference excel for it and it showed:

"@item=itemID"
to be input under the Description column, but when I tried it, there were no UI Pop-ups at all.
