There is this mod. I don't know how and if it works and helps your playthroughs though.

Hmm .. thanks. I have seen it before, but it does ... A LOT. And I'm not sure if the interaction don't get worser with this.

I just want my survivors to like each other .... a bit more. Just some ... Peace mod.

You can perhaps influence the odds by setting enough free time and have diverse things to do to enjoy for them.
If your difficulty settings is easy or medium you could set their roster to Anything 24/7. With enough relaxation items and an Activity screen that has no priority set to work them until they drop ( prio 1 and 2 ).
But in the end you will always have survivors that don't like each other no matter what you do.

EDIT: The Cheat Mod helps a bit .... You can open it with Ö (right side of L). And than double-click on a survivor. Than a little window opens up. ToggleOpinion is at the very bottom (left side). But if you click it ... a lot of survivors get +100 sympathy for everybody. It's really a lot.

But better than nothing ...
