Can't Open Deformer

I have used Deformer for thousands of hours. Now, since downloading a new modpack with Deformer loaded inside of it (checked to make sure). Shift + Y does nothing now, and I do not see it in tools as stated on the mod page.

Any ideas?

I created it. Found out the solution. I was using Winter 2035 which somehow breaks Deformer.

Posting this here to hopefully help anyone else that has this issue.
