When i open the Scenerio Creator and try to make a scenerio the Scroll Bar on the side goes down instantly. This happens on all Scrollbars, even the Terms of Service. My Mouse Scrollwheel does nothing and if i scroll using the Slider it goes back as soon as i let go. I Updated my driver to the newest version and i reinstalled the game and checked my mouse and it wasnt the problem and works fine and this still happens. Is there a way to fix this?
