New to editing HUDs and I'm running into a Nothing Happens issue
standard Nothing Happens issue. I change some random values in a hud element to experiment, save, refresh hud in-game, no banana. Nothing Happens.

I have the scripts and resource files from tf2_misc_dir extracted directly to my custom hud file within tf/custom. The last file I messed with is hudobjectiveflagpanel.res (supposedly this modifies part of the CTF UI).

upon refreshing my hud in-game, I also get this in the dev console: Failed to load resource/UI/HudItemEffectMeter_Action.res
resource/UI/HudItemEffectMeter_Action.res missing ContinuousProgressBar field "ItemEffectMeter

I don't think I have any mods installed, other than that walkway map with the merc lemmings.
