I have zero experience in making mods, so I can't do this myself.

But I thought I'd front the idea for a new trait that's a midway between Psychopath and normal colonists: Desensitized.

Colonists with the trait are used to seeing death, whether by being a soldier or other means, and seeing a dead body won't disturb them. However, they can still gain mood boosts from socializing (albeit at a lesser level than a pawn without the trait) and will be disturbed by selling people into slavery if their Ideoligion prohibits it.
