Putting it Simple.
I am looking for a Mod that will increase the Time in a Day and Adjust Needs and other Values Accordingly.

Days Should be about 3 Times longer.
Sleep, Recreation and Comfort Need should Respectively be Filled 3 Times Slower but also be depleted 3 Times Slower.
Other Needs like Food etc should stay the same so that a Pawn now Needs 3 Meals a Day instead of 1.
Crops should also take 3 Times Longer to Grow.
