Hello, I've searched for a mod or instructions to create a mod and haven't had much luck, so hoping the community can point me in the right direction.

I'd like to use the Free Mode, but disable certain industries, for example a game with no Goods or related industries.

Is anyone aware of a currently working mod or know where I can find reliable resources for modding myself?
