Does this sound interesting?

Premise: North Korea launches an invasion of the South in the 1980s and somehow wins. You're in command of a squadron of DPRK gunships and corvettes chasing down the South Korean president who is hidden on a civilian ship.

In the first phase you get an airfield with a small number of fighter-bombers, a slow diesel attack submarine, and a squadron of corvettes and fast boats. Red force gets a dozen civilian ships fleeing towards the island of Jeju, plus some corvettes of their own.

In the second phase you receive a wing of Chinese maritime bombers and a Soviet recon aircraft, while red force gets a squadron of American fighter planes.

In the third phase, red force gets an American missile destroyer which will blast you out of the water if you don't combine all the resources you have to overwhelm it.

Mission success is destroying all the red force civilian ships.

Mission failure is destroying any of the neutral Chinese or Soviet assets in the area.
