Is there a mod that nerf or remove b hopping?

I just wanna know if there was a mod that disables the exploit, that i want it removed cuz to balanced my versus games now.

I'm not sure if there's one out there. Basically it's possible to make. You can try this, as this also affects jumping when the character is tired:
