Hi!

This research used to give 10% missile resistance, but now its 10% missile block chance.
The tech had good synergy with the red line skill that gave the same units 15% missile resistance.
But now, kossars, streltsi, and ice guard have 10% missile block and 15% missile resistance, and it bothers me more than it should. 25% missile resistance just looks and feels much better.
