Mods not working
I'm not sure if this is an issue with the current version or just the mods I'm downloading, but a lot of my modded buildings and modded reactions are not showing up in game, and I'm wondering if anyone else is having this issue? Particular mods I noticed not working are crematorium and the chemistry/powder mod which may be because the author is having trouble updating them, but there are also issues with basically every other mod I have.

I also noticed that none of Niemst's mods are working

Does the game give any errors?
Could be version conflict, hard to pin down with out more information.

Because mod errors are so specific, you have to post your mod list AND load order, and say which parts are missing.

Same thing is happening to me. I check the save file location and only a couple of the mods are actually getting copied over. I'm using The Aeromore Expansion and I think that might be stepping on other mods. It takes nearly an hour to set up my embark and world, only to find most of my mods aren't there >.<

I've gone through about 4 worlds today, so many hours of trying load orders and what-not.

EDIT: Just made a pocket world, with out The Aeromore Expansion, and the other mods all showed up. Seems like some incompatibility for me.
