can anyone make a extracting a custom weapon a mod

I don't know how likely or possible it is to extract a forged weapon from the compaign to the game as I honestly think it would be nice for modder to use that as a tool as alternative to those who don't know how to three d model

It is entirely possible. Infact the entire Bannerlord structure of weapons is based of mashing together crafting pieces and assigning the weapon length component to it via XML. You can customize the Name and extra stats additionally (however you cannot reduce them)
