I think ive asked this before. but would it be possible to add a planet decision to "move City" to a different location on the planet for role play purposes

For example, i love the idea of a Subterranean mining world and a deep sea fishing (agri) world, but the subterranean planet view is locked to the origin. and the only deep sea view ive seen i think was from another mod (the mod added the planet decision to "move city underwater")

perhaps it could later be expanded to add mountain city and tree city, ect, without having to rely on the city options and it limited use across different planet types (E.g a desert city set on a jungle world)
