Depends entirely on what kind of mods you use. Some will break and become incompatible for a while until the modders update them - the most-popular-and-subscribed-to mods usually update within days or weeks due to having an active modding team. Some mods will work regardless but will probably require ignoring the game version mismatch (forcibly enabling them). Some will remain broken due to being abandoned.

The short answer - yes. It's going to be a lot of changes in the back end.

Go to your mods folder, delete modlist.json

It's the file that lists enabled mods, it'll regenerate empty when you next start the game.

671 is the RTX/DLSS crash. Turn them off
