There was one on the Nexus by Scalliano which was generally made of re-recordings; there's also the WTRP soundpacks which, at one point were publicly accessible via the mod author's MediaFire but have now been buried behind some kind of "community engagement" bullpats after he had a massive crashout (typical for that guy, the "UCZ"-- "United Clans of Zimbabwe", the devs and their inner circle, are gatekeepy and prone to crashouts like that).

That's to say that what you're looking for does exist-- I can personally attest to it-- but I cannot link to it here for Steam ToS and copyright reasons. You can find the necessary sound files on The Sounds Resource and compile a partial pack yourself, though you will not have warnings for weapons like the Hunter Missile or the Cannon as those didn't exist in 2097/XL.
