Looking for a mod that makes looting corpses more challenging

I've found that looting bodies from battles that I didn't participate in or contributed to is a easy way to get lots of cats/good loot
My question is there a mod that limits me to not loot bodies that I didn't down/kill?
like If I tried to loot a body that I didn't help down/kill i'l get warned to not take the loot and if I persisted i'l get attacked

Unfortunately we cannot adjust that. The only way to make looting impossible, would be to undress all NPCs from their armor and weapons.

Is it possible to edit the code so that npc will loot more/all the loot they find on bodies?

We have no access to the game code, at all. The modding tool only provides us a form with selected values we can change. It is like ordering food from a restaurant, I can swap potatoes with a salad, and I can add new dishes how many I want, but I cannot get my car waxed there.
