I haven't played in awhile, but I think you can dismiss a Merc, or just park him/her until their salary runs out. Also, you can just not rehire them when their next payment comes due.

I already tried that but their profile suddenly appears, interrupting the game until I do something, I don't want them to die, I like to rotate mercs

This just means you woud have to renew the contract when this message pops up. Not paying them does not kill them, lol...Just dont pay the money, you can rehire them at any time (not all, some dont like cancelling their contracts)

I am pretty sure you can dismiss hired mercs from the AIM website. Just check the merc's profile. There should be a button for that.

yea I see the dismiss button I click it but not woking,, mybe is a bug
