There is a link to ca tutorial on using the tools. Im a noob but i think i figured out how i spent last night looking through the DAVE editor and plan to create some mods soon. I seen a file for turns per year in there and seasons and there is a characters section perhaps you could find it? You could do it i think best way is ask in modern game workshop forum where modders and active too.
