RUN WON, but lost??

Does anyone have an idea what mod could cause you to lose a run even though it says you've won?
My last 5 runs now considered lost. I beat the bosses and it says I won, but then on the next screen it shows I lost and I don't get any progress unlocks.
This is on Danger 5 against 2 bosses. Crash Zone.

I'm tired of putting in all this time for runs just to have them considered a loss after saying I won.

After hours of testing mods and different combinations, I have finally found (from my list anyway) the mod that's making me lose every run.

I'm not sure exactly what part of Brocore is conflicting, but I've found replacement single mods that work and doing almost all the same things.
