royalty or mods?
im mostly thinking of getting it for the magic system, but should i just get mods like rimworld of magic? i uhh dont know really and i could still get it

No get Royalty and then get the VE Psycast mod.
It do not get much better then that.

Royalty adds a bunch of useful stuff, so I would suggest get that and if the psycast system isnt enough for you, then look into mods.

Rimworld of Magic has a lot of depth and scope but it is pretty buggy by contrast to Royalty (even with the VE psycasts mods)
