like Ancient Legacy. If you are Egyptian but you want to choose Hammurabi. when you are play with your friend ( multiple player) you cant do that thing. or some mod to change AI Behavior not too radical .

Or you can choose weather (multiple player can't do that.

You can enable all legacies for everyone in the campaign settings. You can change stuff about the AI too there.

but if you choose multiple play, you can't set legacies.
