How to get data for a catalog csv file

I wanna try and add real stars in other galaxies all at once as there was a addon that added real LMC stars, for that I wanna try getting data from the SIMBAD database, does anyone know how?

You could go to Simbad and search by identifier to look up specific stars. Or you can search for objects in a given area of the sky, but you'd have to filter out the probably 99% of objects that would be useless to you. Your best option is to use/create some program that can query the database and only return objects that 1) are stars, and 2) have extremely small parallax values, but I don't know how to do that myself.
