Level Creation: Hammer (pre-installed at Half-Life 2 VR/bin/hammer.exe) or Hammer++
Textures: Any program really, and then VTFEdit to convert them to VTFs
Models, rigging, & animation: Blender or 3DSMax, with plugins to export .mdl, then text editors for the associated files (.qc, .vmt, etc) and studiomdl.exe (also in Half-Life 2 VR/bin)
We do not support scripting or other code-based mods at the moment. These will be possible once the source code is released, but will not be compatible with the Workshop.
Ah, I was hoping it would be workshop compatible. As long as at some point mod creation can develop, all will be fine. I figured it would be too early to make anything mod wise, as the episodes are not even done yet. I can brush up on the rest while I wait, I am rusty ;P
