Not sure why that mod got flagged, but it will take a Steam moderator to clear it, sorry. I've seen this happen quite often to others, and usually clears within a day or so.

Sadly, nobody on here can "fix" anything in the game itself, we can only help and advise players.
These forums are not the official way to contact SCS, so any comment or question on here is unlikely to get any response from them.

I think that's just a translation error, idk if OP uses an online translator, but I've seen those translate things too literal and missing whatstheword,....

I don't know but it gives me such an error and then it either resolves itself or is resolved by the admins.

I think yes, there is nothing extraordinary about the mod, it sometimes gets stuck on Steam.
